I believe that high quality, professional photography is the key piece to good marketing. According to the National Association of Realtors 2018 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, 87% of Buyers found photos online to be influential in their process.

Staging
​
Staging doesn't have to mean clearing out your home and buying all new furniture - but you are going to be moving, so why not start with a little packing now?
Marketing gets buyers to the door and staging (whether it be deep cleaning or just packing up a few photographs) makes them be able to see themselves there.
